Statement of Purpose

Under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 every registered provider must have a Statement of Purpose.

This is a document that includes key information about a service and what is provided such as where it is, what services and facilities are offered, who carries out the services, and the service provider's aims and objectives for doing so.
