NHS App

The NHS App is available for iPhones and Android mobile phones, it enables you to manage appointments, request repeat medications to be sent directly to your choice of pharmacy, and view your test results or your medical record.

If you are concerned about any health condition there is also a very informative symptom checker that gives you appropriate guidance. This reduces trips to the practice, helps to free up phone lines, and reduces the amount of paper.

Patient Access

Patient Access is a web tool that allows you to access certain services online. You can use this on a desktop or mobile device.

Standard Access includes arranging appointments, ordering repeat medication, and updating your details.
Enhanced Access further allows patients over the age of 18 to look at their Detailed Coded Record.
Proxy Access allows someone you trust who supports you to access your record.

eConsult

eConsult can be used to get advice on your medical condition from your GP. It can also be used for administrative requests for example to request a sick note or letter from your GP. You can use this on your desktop or mobile device.
