  • Phone lines. We are aware that it is taking longer than usual at the moment for you to get through to us by phone. This is due in part to the increased telephone support we are giving to patients, helping everyone stay safer by remaining at home for simpler conditions, and queries such as repeat medications or extended medical certificates. To help alleviate pressure on our phones (and our extremely hard-working Reception team!) we will soon be switching to a new system that offers more lines. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience and understanding, and ask you to help us by doing the following:

    - use the NHS App or your Patient Access account to order your repeat medications (these are not the same as the Covid-19 or Test and Trace apps).
    - for non-urgent advice or support (i.e. something that can wait up to two working days) we encourage you to use econsult, which gives you the opportunity to describe your problem and can suggest help and advice, including booking a GP consultation.

  • Our Patient Participation Group creates a dialogue between patients and the practice. We encourage membership from all sections of our patient population to get the fullest picture of patients’ needs and expectations. Are you interested in taking part?
