PPG Patient Survey
Our patient survey is now live, online and in the practice

Patient Participation Group (PPG)

The aim of our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is to develop a dialogue between patients and the practice. We encourage membership from all sections of our patient population so that we can obtain the fullest picture of patients’ needs and expectations, enabling us to respond more effectively.

You can read our latest newsletter (right) to find out what the PPG has been doing on your behalf.

Patient Reference Group (PRG)

The PRG is a group of patients whom we contact from time to time to obtain feedback about the practice. Particularly important is our patient survey. This is conducted by email with the PRG, on paper with patients visiting the practice, and is also available to all patients to complete online (opens new window).

If you wish to join our email consultation group, please tell a Committee member or email us on

Patient Survey

The PPG Committee has developed a new Patient Survey for 2018 to find out what patients know, or want to know, about the sources of help available. The survey is short and should not take more than five minutes to complete. Members of our email consultation group will be sent the questionnaire electronically, and members of the PPG Committee will be in the surgery at various times to meet patients face- to-face and invite them to participate. We hope you will be able to help us if asked to participate - your views are important to us and to the practice.

Annual General Meeting

This year's PPG AGM took place on Wednesday 27th June. There was a really good turnout again this year, and we are delighted that three new members signed up to the PPG committee. There was also an interesting talk by Senior Partner Dr David Stainthorp on future changes at the Health Centre, and what's happening to healthcare in our area. Minutes of the AGM will appear here shortly.
