Patient Participation Group (PPG)
The aim of our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is to
develop a dialogue between patients and the practice. We encourage membership from
all sections of our patient population so that we can obtain the fullest
picture of patients’ needs and expectations, enabling us to respond more effectively.
You can read our latest newsletter (right) to find out what the PPG has been doing on your behalf.
Patient Reference Group (PRG)
The PRG is a group of patients whom we contact from time to time to obtain feedback about the practice. Particularly important is our Patient Survey (more on that below). PRG members also receive our newsletter by email.
If you wish to join our email consultation group, please tell a Committee member or email us on email@example.com.
The PPG's patient survey is important to us. It is a very effective way for us to gauge patient satisfaction and to help us identify some of the ways we might might better support our patients.
Our PPG Committee developed our 2018 Patient Survey to find out what patients know, or want to know, about the sources of help available. The survey is now closed, but please check back again to see the results soon.
Annual General Meeting
This year's PPG AGM took place on Wednesday 26th June at 7.30pm, where Senior Partner Dr David Stainthorp gave a talk on 'Future Changes at Didcot Health Centre'. Thank you to all those patients who attended.
