Patient Participation Group (PPG)
The aim of our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is to
develop a dialogue between patients and the practice. We encourage membership from
all sections of our patient population so that we can obtain the fullest
picture of patients’ needs and expectations, enabling us to respond more effectively.
You can read our latest newsletter (right) to find out what the PPG has been doing on your behalf.
Annual General Meeting
This year's AGM took place on Wednesday 24th May at 7.30 pm in the Health Centre. We had an excellent turn-out with the room filled to bursting, to hear news about future plans for healthcare in our region, and for the practice with an informative talk from Dr Stainthorp.
If you could represent the views of others and would like the
opportunity to contribute constructively to local health issues – we never
discuss individual matters - please get in touch with our PPG by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

Patient Reference Group (PRG)
The PRG is a group of patients whom we contact from time to time to obtain feedback about the practice. Particularly important is our patient survey. In the past this has been conducted by email with the PRG and on paper with patients visiting the practice.
Last year a patient survey included questions we could directly compare to the previous year's results, in order to gauge any change in patients' views of specific areas. You can view a graphical representation comparing the 2014 and 2015 outcomes here.
